What a lovely man ,been watching these vids at night as I have found it difficult to sleep in lockdown After watching these I seem to drift off beautifully .I'm a game angler, however I fished for carp before it became d 'rigour . Float fishing for wild carp in the 60s as a boy , I can still remember my best fish ,my dad said weighed about 7 lbs it fought like crazy ! .I've never forgot that fish along with my best 3 roach over 1 1/2lbs , .this is what hooked me on fishing .I was about 10yrs old when I started I'm 70 now and have loved every minute as a country boy fishing and shooting.
The modern day Chris Yates comes to mind. I could sit and watch his video's all-day such amazing angler and tells his story's in away that no other angler other than Chris Yates can do. He is a real legend.

I think you'll find he is quite alright for money. He could retire tomorrow just on the sales of his first book! Not to mention how much ESP and Dynamite baits pay him.... and his 2nd book... and all of his articles. You get the idea

Tel desperately needs to release his books in an audiobook format. This is a no brainier as he’s the best at reeling off a tale, your there with him. Not a lot of people have got the ability to do that. I always revisit these after a few months as it’s engrossing content. Keep up the vids ESP with El Tel 🎣 🎣🎣

bloody great film, I first met you many years ago on a lake you were still a very young man, I then met you doing a talk at the hotel in welwyn garden city which I remember was informative. This flim has been great and has inspired me to carp fish on the river. Well done mate more of please

I think tel got the inspiration for this from nick the previous year when he caught the 50lb . Worth a watch , probably the most magical vid I've watched .
I'd think about getting one of those little transom ladders/sets of steps for the boat. Makes it a lot easier to get out if you take an unexpected dip (which could happen when you're leaning out landing or putting one back). Really enjoyed the video. Thanks.
Yes Terry hearn what a legend another fantastic film old lad ,it makes me want to go and buy a boat and give the rivers some attention you make it so entertaining to watch fella ,I think you should start a series titled Terry's hut similar to when jack Hargreaves did out of town from his little hut ,and from that hut you could entertain us all with your tales from the waterside cutting to videos then back to watch you educate us with rigs and advice , fantastic ,watch out of town if you haven't already seen it . you'll get the picture Tel .top notch fella .
