Found Xehanort to be the biggest step up in difficulty when switching up to critical mode. He just deals out so much damage that’s manageable on a lower setting but in critical it’s devastating (not that you’ll see any damage here of course)

@Roberto Mata Might if recommend (if you're still havin problem) swapping tactics. In the DM would be cool if Master xehanort summon his Noheart armor, but golden pallettes intead of platinum
I dont understand, how did he exist but have terra xehanort also there for the final battle? And if that was the case why didnt Terra go back to his time when he was saved???
My understanding is that Terranort was an empty shell after reforming, MX found him and put his heart back into him. Whether it's the current MX's heart and now hes a nobody or its Terranorts heart from BBS I dont know.
Yes, what Dethcore1 said. After Ansem and Xemnas were destroyed, Terra's body was restored. MX's heart (and his original body as well) returned as well but Terra's heart was still lost (within the Dark Figure). So Terra's body was a hollow vessel, and MX filled the body with his own heart again. The Ultimania says that it's TX's heart taken from the past (just like a few other members of the Organization where their time-travelled hearts were placed in replicas). For more info, both MX and Terra's body were restored in Radiant Garden (this is under presumption). Remember how in the "Destiny" cutscene in Re:coded where "Lord Xemnas" was missing after other old Organization members were recompleted? The scene started off with YX and Braig already awake. What exactly happened before that is unknown and it's up to your imagination, I guess.
