    Ingredients List
    Dates 25-30
    Anjeer 4-6
    Peanuts 1/2 cup
    Pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup
    Til 1/2 cup
    Badam/cashew 1/2 cup
    Sunflower seeds 1/2 cup
    Flaxseed 1/2 cup
    Ghee 1 Tbsp

    Tips:
    If you don't have any nut or seeds just avoid it or increase the quantity of any other one you have. Measurement can be adjusted easily depending on what is available.
    Keep refrigerated to increase shelf life.
    Extra powder can be stored for future use in an air tight jar.
    Dates mix should be cooked till dry for longer shelf life.
    Roast seeds / nuts on medium to low flame to avoid burning.
