It seems this metod isn't working correctly. When I delete in ALS_Camera_BPI/Camera System/BPI_Get_3P_PivotTarget and BPI_Get_3P_PivotTraceParams, and my UE5.0.3 crashes. And after reopening the project, all these settings also reset.
That's odd. This tutorial still works even if you leave those there. Normally it doesn't crash, but I guess there's not much I can do. Also make sure you save frequently! Cheers

is there away of moving the camera forward? once i apply my character mesh to animan the camera is slighty inside the new mesh
You can just move the "FP Socket" on the mesh's character a bit forward. (Or create one with that name if it doesn't have one)
