The dragonseeds also betray her, so that's why she chose to have them killed. The only thing I felt she did was truly nuts was imprison Corlys Velaryon.

@@oparaprosper4050 yea they do say king consort, but that title actually does not exist, because technically a king is more powerful than a queen, so to say king consort is to say that they have more power than the queen, so he might as well just be king. tbh I think that was a mistake by the writers lmao. And also when rhaenyra asks d-money to marry her she asks him to be her prince consort. but yea lol
I feel so disappointed with how many good scenes have been cut. When we could get more inside the character, we were not allowed to do so. And it also pisses me off that I'm so worried about this, because it's just a show. But it consumed me. Those who grew up on fantasy will understand that this genre simply absorbs you.
I feel exactly the same. I wanted the Daemon grieving on the beach scene - I’m actually so upset it was cut that I can’t stop thinking about it.. It’s just a TV show but I was beyond captivated by these two, it genuinely hurts where they have left their relationship at the end of this season. And not knowing what direction they will take them in next is tormenting me. It’s quite cruel how they have left us, we are all conflicted, confused and totally in the dark.
@@courtxkim also, daemon will get a monsterous revenge for her son. It’s not even his son. It’s hers but he loved Lucerys as he was the son of the woman that he loves. And Daemon cannot stay silent seeing his wife whom he loves being hurt so much. He will do it for her, he loves her. I dont know how their relationship will turn out, but I hope that the ship wont sink no matter the tragery and the drama that will follow. Last but not least, Daemon has always been violent, the only way to depict that he has lost his mind would have taken him to hurt a loved one. That’s the only way that it would have worked. They needed to show somehow that he snapped. By throwing and breaking stuff wouldnt do it cause this way we would have just said “ah classic Daemon”. Daemon does love her that’s why he obeys her. The same way that he obeyed viserys. That’s out of love not duty. He listens to them out of love. If the monarch would have been someone else daemon would have done his daemon thing. This internal conflict of “I hate that you are a weak queen but I have to obey cause I love you” is what led him to that fight near the fireplace. (He almost kissed her at the end) Dont worry, at least for now and the next episodes, he still loves her and the ship is alright. Hope that won’t change til the end but for now, we’re good. Enjoy the ship for now, we are still safe, we have 2 more years to go, dont poison your thoughts from now, there is no need ❤️
I see a lot of comments if people who say they will Support Daenyra no matter what. I agree. I have a thing for villains for example in the books. If they stay badass, if they will still be the ship I fall for then yes, I'm team black no matter what
The choking scene was one of the hottest between them, I think, many admit it. They are beautiful together, even in the final episode, when they are so divided visibly, they are totally in sync. And he is literally her dog for the most of the time (they have a very different dynamic in comparison with the books). No wonder he bites from time to time.
One of the best episodes of the series (it's just 10 episodes, but they're all so great it's hard to choose hahah, other than this I like the 1st and 7th the most). The most heart-wrenching and cruel. But the acting, music and cinematography is just at another level. Absolutely stunning!
