Where did it start, how can you bring change in you with the smallest things?
Start learning signs and their main characteristics and predict on a blank chart.
Predict using nakshatra
Sarvatobhadra chakra and aspects
Pick the most troubling sign and nakshatra and predict different objects from it.
Natives chart will suggest to you what are the major problems but the main issue can be looked at through the Sarvatobhadra chakra
For eg- someone is cancer ascendant and Saturn is in Lagna this means the husband is dominating as the vakri Saturn is in unstable sign, as Saturn gets unstable in cancer and the 7th lord in Lagna reflects that husband is of dominating personality, and then when few major predictions are clear through the native’s chart, you should move to navamsa chart to see the reason of the problem.
Bhrighu Vastu also helps with a past life reading as it tells you about how your ancestors' karma is coming back to you. For eg - it is not important to have problems in the 6th house, 12th house, and 8th house. Somethings these are the houses which have the best dasha amongst all depending on the karma of your ancestors.
