The catch is that here in rural California the summers are extremely dry and hot and most insurance companies have dropped clients from being covered from wild fires. A forty acre property will cost you about 10,000$ a year for ‘full’ coverage but thats if you have buildings on it like a house and barn. Most people aren’t willing or can’t afford that risk. Land owners with thousands of acres are selling off small parcels to keep up with the ridiculousness increase in cost of living and taxes in California. Just my guess.

As I stated, 1 GMP. Depth is 420 Ft. Casing is 24 FT. You would need to have the well tested by a professional if you want a water analysis.

*They just don't understand that this area is so different then the rest of the state, sure it is still largely controlled by the bigs but all the rest is different/lower, from taxes to being Red in this area not blue but no one lives here (98K population) in the biggest city, Redding. So they just don't understand it and throw this area in as if it is exactly like the rest of the state. This area has also tried to separate itself from the rest of the state with the State of Jefferson. Look it up. Newsome won't be in office forever either.* I bet all the CA haters don't even know that.
