Don’t know what to do is a song under the Kill this Love album and for each comeback, companies only make 1 music video and for this comeback, they have Kill This Love music video. The second songs in their albums have dance practices because they perform these songs on music shows (ei. Don’t Know What to Do and Forever Young)
Soo for each comeback, there is one music video, and if it’s an album release, it would probably have 2 dance practices (as for YG)

The Dance practice is when they learn the choreo. Dance practice are used by the choreo trainer to look at what they are doing wrong. The last dance practice is filmed with the moving camera.

Most of the time only a title track will get a music video. 'Don't Know What To Do' was not a title track, therefore it didn't get a music video; that being said it is still a song that is performed on stage, thus it has choreography. This goes for most artists, not just Blackpink.

Why they have some songs as dance practices instead of music videos is because they need to perform some of these songs live, at shows or concerts or showcases. This song came out with the Kill this love album- so to promote that album they need to perform more than one song on it, that doesn’t have a music video.
A lot of groups create dance practice videos. It the dance they perform on stage at live performances. Also, I think I it gives fans a better look at the dance as a whole. They perform it in the video, but you dont see the whole thing. Then at live shows, you have the screaming fans and the weird camera angles. This way, fans get straight music and straight dancing. I know a lot of fans like to do the dances as well, so I think these dance practice videos help with that also.

the reason there isn't a music video is because this is a b-side in the mini-album，and b-sides pretty much never get mvs and a lot of the time not even any choreo 。

Big groups usually perform two songs at music shows for their comeback! The title track and another lead track. This is why they have a choreography but no music video (although YG could have definitely gave them a MV but....thats yg)
They do Dance practices to prepare them for their Live Performances to that song and they just post it as content to Blackpink Channel for fans. Almost every song they released comes with a dance choreography.

They have choreography because when they preform on stage they dance. Almost every group has choreography to at least 2 of their songs. Like in BTS's Map of the Soul: Persona they have choreography for Boy with Luv and Dionysus even though they don't have a mv for Dionysus.
They were gonna do an Music Video for Don’t know what to do and Forever Young but YG said no. They actually shot the MV of forever young in a beach and everything was set but at last minute, YG said no.
Because when they perform the song on stage it's still expected to have choreography, hence a dance practice video. And it gives fans a little something extra.
They do dance practices for their live performances. They still have to perform the choreo when they perform live on stage so whether there is a MV or not they still have to put in the work on the choreography.

The practice is for their stage shows, not necessarily the music videos. Award shows, concerts, and the like. Dance practice videos are pretty common for other kpop artists.
