Mawa - ¼ cup
Green chilli - 1 no
Ginger - 1 inch
Cashewnuts - 10 - 12
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Black Pepper Pow. - ½ tsp
Garam Masala - ½ tsp
Chat Masala - ½ tsp
Salt - as per taste
Pow. Sugar - ½ tsp
Coriander Leaves Handful
FOR CURRY:
Curd - ½ cup
Kashmiri Red Chilli Pow. - 1 tsp
Coriander Pow. - 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin Pow. - 1 tsp
Turmeric Pow. - ½ tsp
Garam Masala - 1 tsp
Kitchen King Masala - ½ tsp
Chat Masala - ½ tsp
Tomato - 2 no
Cashewnuts - 8-10
Melon Seeds - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2-3 tbsp
Cumin seeds - 1tsp
Bay Leaves - 2no
Cinnamon Stick - 1 no
Javitri - 1 no
Long/Cloves - 4-5 no

Star Anise - 1 no
Black Cardamom - 1 no
Aniseed /saunf - 1 tsp
