In regards to the training position complaint. It takes that long to train them so that they maintain the same rating in the new position. As each position requires different stats for a good rating, how long it takes is dependent on how good that player is in that position. You can play a cam at cm if you want but if he's not good there his overall rating will be lower (no he won't "lose stats")
and goes to the board with them demanding you fix the problem. the guy is like 10-23 rated with a 31 potential but he demands that you give him Mbappe-like money or he walks.

AND niran it takes me to train a center forward to a striker about 75,000 years. it takes me 378 weeks to make a center forward called arnor Sigurdsson who has impressive shooting at 77 in season three and he still has 75 more weeks until he is a striker. I have had him from literal DAY ONE. kind of adding on to what you said about the cam to cm.
It's always funny when a player wants to be on the team sheet while having played 3 games in the last 7 days, would be going into the match already exhausted and then is mad when he doesn't play...just like when you try to sign a rotation player with an overall that's like 10-15 points lower than the regular players in this position and he still demands to be a crucial player.
On the subject of players asking to be transferred because they were rested, In FIFA 20 I once had this player hand in a transfer request just because he missed a game as he got SENT OFF the previous match.

Niran for your loan to buy option issue if you just delegate it as "loan" your assistant will negotiate it and 9/10 they will agree to just loan him. But when you negotiate yourself they always refuse to just loan for some reason... Hope this helps!
Like you can’t play them every game as they aren’t great and your players complain but whenever you want them to, they are always red so play bad as minus ratings and that
I hate when my player submits a transfer request for not playing, then he develops into a good player but you can’t resign his contract because it’s not open for negotiation.
When u loan a player delegate it instead of direct negotiations. It takes a little longer but for the most part all the offers go through as just loans
- unrealistic transfers (in my save van Dijk plays for Hoffenheim while he's still 90 OVR and KdB plays for West Ham) - small teams making stupidly high bids for my players (Brighton offered 100M for one of my CBs, also some random Portugese team offered 50M for one of my wingers) - transfers between rival teams are so common (Pogba and Martial are playing for Liverpool while Joe Gomez plays for Man United in my save)
I had a player hand in a loan request in the last year if his contract but no offers came in so he stayed at the club but I couldn't renew his contract because he was listed then he asked me to renew it but I physically couldn't it was so annoying
