I'm 41 now 11/26/24, you can squeeze ur muscle (squeeze, clench, just for it Like in a Mr. Olympia contest) and get good muscle definition and tone for those who love to push it. Like Kegel, it's like an original exercise. With ur body u can Push something, Pull Something, Squeeze something, think something, Move something. There was this one exercise in Arnold's book where u Squeeze as hard as u can (in the book it was a pose) for 20sec. 4 times.
I used to use too make a partner of mines, him and I, 20secs 4times for 4 sets, hehehe! He'd Lovingly hate me if he knew that how I came up with that.

I named my FJ Cruiser after her. I loved this show. Hated when they killed off Charlie. I didn’t see much difference between the low moraled character and Sheen’s personal life. They should have left him on the show. Double standard to portray despicable low moral character, and then have a different standard for the actor.
