Obviously. But if anything jails worse especially because he definitely would’ve been in the lowest level prison if he did go, so not much violence like the higher levels. But also jail vs prison once ur in prison its more “free roaming” my dad said jail was worse because he was locked down way longer a day then in prison where he said u can live a life in there with friends entertainment stuff like that. Obviously it’s more violent than a summer camp and ur trapped with just dudes. But he also said weed was easier to get ur hands on. And jail is basically waiting for the trial to happen.
