    Probably a struggle to get clothes on and exit the car through presumably the back seats doors.
    I wouldn’t bother to much about storage inside and have the bed lower.
    I also presume that a roof storage box can be bought.

      I made my own. Traced the windows area with packing paper, got winter anti frost sheet panels (the cheap ones). and cut them to size a piece of dark blue fabric for the inside (to match our slightly blue Yeti), added interfacing reinforcing (search for vliseline 250 or S320 or its equivalent from Pellon brand). and cover all around the borders with bias tape (some cheap ones I had, they're inexpensive). Works well, still I'll be adding some magnets for more security in our next trip. (also made mosquito net blinds which hang with magnets for the back doors).
