This means that Colorado has won 3 hockey championships this year. Colorado Avalanche won the Cup, the University of Denver won the NCAA championship, and Denver East High school won the USA Hockey High school National Championship.

Cooper was insufferable this whole series
Not just Cooper, but the entire Tampa team. They fed off their coach and complained and whined and griped and cried the entire series. Maroon was STILL bitching at the refs after the final whistle when he should have been in the locker room for an hour or more.

I'm a Denver Native. I went to a few games during the championship run in 1996, I was 13 and was hooked (no pun intended) an Avs fan for life. I was 18 when we won in '01 and it was a great few weeks. So happy for the team and for my city.
I love seeing Steve so happy for Producer Drew. Hopefully we can see Steve be just as happy soon.

Sure they weren't as fast getting aggressive in the O zone, but the 3rd period was easily their best tonight! Domination over the lightning in the 3rd, and a ridiculous season arrives at the pinnacle of hockey for this insanely fast and talented team. GO AVS!!!!! #findaway

Wow, I hadn't noticed. The Cirelli thing is worse. He could have seriously injured the ref, since he had not seen it coming. Those actions simply add on top of a few other incidents from earlier in this series. Earlier in the game, Pat Maroon bumped into Josh Manson from behind after Lehkonen's goal because he was frustrated that there had been no call, then slashed him in the legs with both hands. In the last five minutes of game two, Palat cross-cheked Makar in the back of the head because Tampa lost 7-0. We can also include Jon Cooper whining after game three.

Honestly I'm not sure if its just me but I COULD NOT find this live stream for the life of me. I've looked for the past 3 games on both the Steve Dangle and the Sportsnet page and nothing ever came up that said you were streaming.

Lightning played this game like losers. Every single play that went against them, you see two or three go right to the refs. Cooper getting as much time as he likes to review the goals. You can even see Pat Maroon pleading his case to the refs while the Avs are celebrating.
