One of the most powerful? There is Tinas dad, Nicole, Hector, creature from the jar, THE AWESOME STORE owner. She might be strong cuz she can turn into dragon when she's furious, but that doesn't mean she has a potential to become one of the most powerful creatures

Once she was in her shell she was kind, sweet and being normal, but when she got out of her shell she expresses her emotions openly and became more frequently berserk and funny, i found very breacking funny is when she turns into medussa and my fav transformation is probably the dragon 😂😂😂
I kinda forgot she was In a shell once. Also when I first saw her out of her shell I thought she was a completely different character altogether.

you know it's making me wonder if she eventually gonna break up with him because of gumball's actions since i feel their relashionship just wasnt the same after "the shell" and only worsened with every episodes and seasons same for gumball relashionship with darwin since in many episodes it just felt like their friendship was ABSENT, FAKE AND EVEN TOXIC ☢☢☢ and darwin has a FAKE best friend who dosen't even care about him (darwin) wich like for penny and "the shell" is going in total opposition to the double episode "the origins" for darwin wich in the end make me wondering if like for penny breaking up with gumball darwin is eventually going to DEFINITELY END his "friendship" with his "best friend" who stopped being a true friend A LONG TIME AGO (since the more the series progress the more darwin is BADLY influenced by gumball who even tried to put the blame on darwin despite those beings gumball ACTIONS in the first place ☢☢☢☢☢☢👎👎👎👎👎👎👎🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕) and with time EVEN ANAÏS, nicole and richard are gonna have more than ENOUGH of gumball one day and rob is a living proof of how FAR gumball is ready to go to crush someone and do whathever he want while putting the consequences of his actions onto others including his sister and his "best friend" darwin 🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕🖕😠😠😠😠😠😠

Well, considering her shapeshifting abilities, she should be able to also copy and harness what she knows a being she turns into can do. For example, bc she can turn into a dragon, she has enhanced strength, fire breathing and flight, as a wolf she has enhanced senses, and as for gaseous forms…. Can she by any chance turn into other characters bc I’m looking at Tsunami

She is capable of using different forms at will it's just harder to do on the spot, hence her emotions take over. Red Riding Hood likely didn't have any emotion tied to it it was just one of those rare occurrences where she managed to shift without relying on an emotional outburst.

Everyone one is saying she would be powerful if she would control her emotions. Guys.... Shes a kid, in High school. Of corse its going to take a While for her to mature. She's always had to hid herself. Now she is learning to control her emotions as herself. Its a learning growth of the character.
Penny defintly has more forms in the show then what they showed honestly if only they didn't focus on Tobias so much or usless character like Mr Cornielle, Hot Dog Guy, the Objects etc then maybe Penny could've been more fleshed out.

I feel like her shapeshifting might be an allegory for some kind of mental disorder, such as BPD. This would explain the changes being based on her emotional state. Also these disorders are often hereditary, which could explain the rest of her family supposedly having it too. The shell could be them "masking" to better fit in with everyone else.
Gosh, modern generation can't breathe for more than a minute without coming up with messed up allegories and headcanons, romantisizing mental disorders
@@almas4663 I have a mental disorder. Said mental disorder makes it so I'm very good at detecting patterns, so I've noticed that TAWOG often touches on real life issues in a farcical exaggerated way. Thus, my interpretation would work within this theme. However, I don't think you really care; you just want to complain about stuff. I'm not trying to "romanticize" it, I can confirm that having a mental disorder is quite detrimental to my life.
