    This is quality prep and wonderful job! Not what my painters did for big $. So now I watch your videos and use all your tools. Painted two houses by myself outside. Now it’s time to paint inside. Thank You for all your hints. I see you removed locks from doors. Please keep making videos and include all little details.

    I use a 10 litre bucket with a bin liner inside to store wet tools overnight/weekends etc. I always put a few slightly bleached wet microfiber cloths inside to keep the humidity up. Bleach deters mould. If I have multiple colours the tools get bagged separately. Just tie the bag up at the end of the day. The Linbide scraper has been popular in the UK for years. They are also good for burning off . Turn the blade around and push instead of pulling. The holes are designed to dissipate the heat.

    Simply one of the best edits during the blade switch...I was cracking up! 👏

    Ever use dog poop bags for brushes and small kitchen garbage bags for rollers? Both are airtight and disposable. I can't imaging putting an in-use roller in a cylinder overnight and not having it dry out. Plastic bags are great - no air. Do you ever use a Festool planex for the walls. Pole sanding is a thing of the past.

      We use the m3000 paper/tape dispenser with some tape and 12” paper replacement from 3m that is like plastic, just rip out a slice and cover a brush

      @chriswagg9786 2 роки тому

      @@paintpaintpaintco.6039 what if you have to go back to using it? Do you rip off a new piece? We can reuse the same bag over and over during the day. Give it a shot. They sell them in the dollar store. We act like picking up dog poo, roll the bag around our finger tips, grab the end of the wet brush, and roll it back over the brush. Squeezing out the air. Twist at the end, and done.

    Chris, I've purchased both the Provinci Roller Saver and the Linbide Scraper from your Paint Life Supply Store and love them both. I would also like to see you do a review for Rollingdog's 14 in 1 Painters Tool with 420 stainless steel.

    Chris, have you ever thought about moving up into industrial painting? Same concept, bigger job's, more money. Get a big pump, similar to maybe a Graco Bulldog, 30-1, or 45-1 airless that will push 3 gun's constant use easy. Set it up on a 4-wheel cart, cut a 55 gallon drum in half, or buy a half drum, buy rolls of plastic in 20' x 100' or 200' in either 2 mil or 4 mil, and other basic consumables. Your ready to rock and roll. Some rolling scaffolding, rent scissor lifts or jlg's when needed. Roll in the big money. Start small, work your way up. You have the knowledge already.

    I like this channel it's very informative but sometimes it seems like the reinvention of the wheel. I keep it simple with basic tools for painting except my beloved Festool.

    Matt is doing a great job. We can tell that the music isn’t from your playlist Chris. I feel like your playlist would have some Thin Lizzy and Twisted Sister in it. Possibly something newer like Five Finger Death Punch. Maybe. 😎
