Thank for this video. Mine is stuck. 🥺 I can’t disassemble it. I’ve unlocked the cover but stop can’t turn it to unlock it. Did anyone else’s get jammed? Please help me.

Mine was fine until recently and I can't get the bowl off. I've had it for 4 months, so I'm past the return date.
I can’t get the juicer to start. I think it’s because the locking mechanism just above the start switch will not lock together. Therefore I don’t think it will start. Can you help me?
Never mind! It was the lid being shut not allowing me to lock it in to place. Thanks!

What about the metal circular piece ? I know you can scrub it but I can physically see the areas where you can’t scrub it and it’s food stuck between it and the plastic. It doesn’t pop off?
If you are talking about the place where the pop comes out, I use a skewer to remove the pop that gets stuck
Use the brush. Concerning the pulp hole where the rubber piece fits,use a twist tie.
What should we do with rubber thing below the bowl that is screwed. Should we remove that while juicing
No you don’t have to remove it. Just leave it there

I only wipe my juicer down because I'm scared to wash it. If I wash it will it break? Because I want to wash it with bleach in the water
No it will not break. It is very easy to wash

Having the same issue...I'm unable to unlock even after unlocking the cover...it's stuck
