This was an all-timer. The Mr. Luigi run, the Damaja, Boman Beigns!!!, Andre running wild, the Hogan World Order and then the fated ending…SVR 06 is this crazy mix of the end of the line for some all time guys and so many forgettable mid 2000s guys…but it made for a very fun Rumble.

I believe you are correct. But SvR 06 has a mechanic with the big boys in Rumbles, where they can just press slam anyone over the time whenever they like.
Fun fact about SVR 06, on a GM mode save i was doing, Daivari somehow won a triple threat ladder match between him, Cena, and HBK for the world title (long story as to how he got there). And ever since i haven't touched GM mode just to permanantly keep him as champ on my save

Never played SVR 06 because I had an Xbox and not a PS2. Looked like a stacked roster while watching; then came out the likes of Danny Basham and Heidenreich. I rescind my statement.
If i remember correctly, I think in NODQ CAW, the Mario Bros used The Doomsday Device as their Tag Team finisher and dubbed it, "The Mushroom Surprise (or Supplies?)" Though I could be wrong it has been a long while since I last watched NODQ CAW stuff.
Note: I actually have this game here on my phone (along with the first Smackdown games, WrestleMania 2000, VPW2, No Mercy, WWF Royal Rumble (1993), WWF Raw (1994) and WWF WrestleMania: The Arcade Game).
One of those was as “Unknown” (via the GameShark code which allows him to appear, alongside Ken Shamrock), which was in _WWF SmackDown! 2: Know Your Role_ (or their fifth day Rumble).
