This man is a saint... I understand the huge difficulties with refugees, I understand the huge difficulties for the host countries but at the end, is there anyone admirable doing better than others? Europe has its own difficulties for decades now. The key message is we are all human beings and we should see ourselves as such. Thank you Ai Wei Wei, maybe if we all do a little bit better, it will make a big difference.
"I think, very often, people after watching the film, they are frustrated. They say: "What can we do?" So I always answer like, you know: You're an individual. You have one life. And your life is your world and the world is what reflects in you. If you can do anything, of course you can do everything, of course, because you don't have another chance and there is no second try, you know. Just be yourself and resond to the situation. I think this is the only way, because modern education media tries to put people in different categories. They will say, maybe, that should be done by a politician, or maybe as artist you should focus on canvas or sculpture or, you know, and to show your work in museums and stuff like that. I think as a human being we want to lead a very distinguished life. Could be poor or rich or ordinary or extraordinary. But you will lead your own life and about that life, nobody can tell you what to do and you have to find out what you can do. You know, we are never born as individual. We find out. Through our act. We become a unique individual." I think everybody should respect their life. This is quite a miracle that we have this life. And it would be too much sorry if we don't recognise that. You know, we let it pass by by listening to some kind of doctrine or some kind of teaching, which very often blocks me, or blocks the people to be more adventurous. To speak out their own voice. And to say: Hey, stop it. This is not the right thing to do. So, you know, we have children, and we think that human society can continously be civilised as society. So, each generation has to make an effort. Human rights is a very interesting value. Without human individuals' effort, there is no such a thing as human rights, you know. So every generation has to redefine: What is human rights in our time? I think, for too long, we are not asking this very basic question. You know, we are all born the same. Equally. You know, that means people anywhere should have equal opportunities to improve their life. And the opportunity to work, to contribute and to communicate with other people. But obviously, if we see our society today, we have corporations, just for seeking the profit. And it becomes multinational giant capitalism and a type of huge, huge profit-seeking condition. Then the poor people, their number has become bigger. Many, many states become not stable. And the politicians only listen to these big corporations. Representing the value of this most greedy part of society. That creates a lot of problems, globally. So you have a lot of regianal conflicts. And you're selling arms to those dangerous locations, such as Saudi. And then you have jounalists being murdered. People pretend that's not important. Then, what is important? Or is anything important at all? If we don't care about those things then we accept, unwillingly or willingly accept those kind of acts. Then we become a part of the crime. So it's really, not you as activist... You're just as activist trying to protect your own value. You respond to certain values. And so in that sense, there is so much we can do. On environment, on human mind or education or media. There is so much, we can talk about." (Ai Weiwei, 2019)
When he said "human waste" I knew that my make a living effort it's for sure a totally different thing than that it looks. I so wish to have this kind of minds in path and by my side. One second of this could change everything. Let's hope one day our paths will meet.
I love the fact he lives in Cambridge now. He’s been openly visceral about Germany and the German people. “Germany is a very precise society. Its people love the comfort of being oppressed.”

If you ask me, the man is senile! Considering Germany, he doesn’t know what he’s talking about!
