How to play -
Rules
Player has to hit a small yellow cones so that he can fix his lighthouses.
I will only feed if the player is following the ball and side stepping.
Progressions
We have been covering side to side movement , now I’ve added in a new rule. If I shout (wave) the player needs to run back to the yellow line while facing me and get back in time for the next ball.
Progressions
Change the court shape to help the player to hit more depth.
