@aSaerdna2livese Yes, Demo is still the Best AoE Spec even with Buffs to the other Specs. Consider that in Demonology you can cast 6 different AoE Spells at the same time: Immolation Aura, Hellfire, Shadowflame, Summon Infernal, and Felstorm (Felguard Ability). Also Legion Strike (Felguard Ability) is a frontal cone Cleave which can counts towards all the AoE Damage
@Hollities the succubus is only better single target when using the glyph of lash of pain, and if you are using felguard for better aoe, you can get decent single target from your FG with glyph of felguard, so since you cant switch glyphs mid fight, just keep FG glyph and use him the entire time
Great video once again. Was wondering what your opinion was on keeping dots up on the adds in dark phase in addition to hellfire and shadow flame spam? I have tryed both ways and seem to do more dps when I just use hellfire and shadow flame and of course metamorphosis abilities and felguard abilities

@greatsalsa 12k dps is very low. Either you're trolling or lost. Shadow Bolt has a higher damage per cast time than incinerate does. Incinerate only has a higher DPET when molten core procs. It's a dps loss to use incinerate as your filler. That may explain your dps being lower.
I have a question for you warlocks out there. now with 4.1 out blizzard buffed affli and destro aoe. the rain have been boosted with 25% more dmg. and SoC have been boosted with 20% dmg, also they added 5% on Shadow Mastery (25% to 30%) Wich increse the dmg of corr when you use soulburn: SoC. So my question is, is demo still the best spec for this fight?
Out of interest, why didn't you save your meta for the black phase rather than using it in the green? I also noticed you didn't change your pet from Felguard to Succubus in the normal phases, why not? Surely it would have been a DPS gain. In my guild the other warlock and myself run forward at the beginning so that we can get a quick 2/3 Shadowflames on the boss, it seems you're missing out on a few cheap shots there. In blue phases also, you can still stay near melee range and shadowflame.

Demo looks quite simple

I got 12k dps in wotlk with demo.
if i did this fight on 25 man, id prob just lag out every time cus of the aoe spammness that goes on, gg crappy graphics card.
