If nothing else Scott you can take 5 big Walleye to the weigh-in. Just tell them it's northern guadalupe smallmouth, I am sure no one will notice. Lol.
Scott you should be putting the hook in the darker head end of the crawlers, it is the tough end and then the tail moves around a lot more. We take 200 night crawlers a day out in the boat a day while Walleye fishing. Now when you want those Walleyes for dinner those spots may not work in direct sun.
That Garmin panotix's is quite the thing to have. Night crawlers 11 bucks, wow! Walleyes cooked on the grille nothing better! But where's the BASS, got to have them Scott !
Hey Scott, the best way to catch some good largemouth on lake Ouachita is to go around flipping and pitching the banks in heavy cover and under trees! Hope this helps out. Best of luck man!
This old man aka Me... LOL, like watching you fish from the boat. I live in NKY Covington, and in apt. living. no where to store a boat or kayak, so I just watch you and others... great stuff, thanks for sharing.
Love the walleye. Never had summer luck with bass down there except coves south and east of Avant. But, only fished it maybe 10 times during a year and a half I lived in Branson, Mo. area and hated season time trying to fish Table Rock, Taneycomo, or Bull Shoals. Bigger lake without Silver Dollar City and all the crowds was a godsend. Beaver was our other lake.
You were cracking me up catching everything but largemouth lol. Im going to be stationed over in Kentucky in a year and looking forward to the fishing there. Love the videos Scott keep it up. Finish strong this last one.
Hey man about a month ago you could go and catch a ton of them on creek and river channel bends with a 5 or 6xd. Another good thing to do was fish the humps next to deep water. That’s what one my tournament about a month ago there, but it’s fishing so you never know
Brother Scott, the "Wiggler's" is a great idea to depict what each species of fish looks like on your graph. Now you just need to catch a bass an you should have em figured out! Hehehehe!
I just ordered that white and green swimbait shad from live bait a few days ago. I plan on using it at Lake Fork this Sunday with my buddy (if it makes here in time)...can't wait!
Fished a USA tournament yesterday and bite was tough so thought about your tip on the double fluke. Got 2 fish at same time. It pays to watch your videos so thanks
"You guys aren't watching to see me catch a bunch of walleye." Actually, catching only 1 type of fish or watching 1 type of fishing over extended periods of time bores me to tears. I watch because you're knowledgeable and crank out killer vids.
Always love the videos man. I gotta say i can tell the morale seems a little low! It will all work out with Billy and the videos will co time to be great! Keep it up guys.
How deep were the walleye? Was gonna come down and watch you guys in the FWC and go walleye fishing each evening! Never been to Ouachita, but my friends say it's great walleye fishing.
Brother as bad as my fishing season has gone in Okla since late February I would've taken that day on the water!!! Heck I might just go buy a box of nightcrawlers as the Loves and go do me a little dropshotten. At lake Thunderbird.... Naw it's 106° right now, maybe a night operation.
Scott I think you found some but you can't give away your practice secrets to the rest of the field yet, so we get walleye catches. Gotta keep the juice secret still!
Love when you incorporate/show the graphs when fishing. Pretty awesome watching a professional break down a body of water
Scott, you should do a catch and cook video. Those walleye look tasty
Love the new lens work on the main camera. Adds another level of quality content.
If nothing else Scott you can take 5 big Walleye to the weigh-in. Just tell them it's northern guadalupe smallmouth, I am sure no one will notice. Lol.
@Arthur Aydin Definitely, I have been watching on flixzone} for years myself =)
Scott you should be putting the hook in the darker head end of the crawlers, it is the tough end and then the tail moves around a lot more. We take 200 night crawlers a day out in the boat a day while Walleye fishing. Now when you want those Walleyes for dinner those spots may not work in direct sun.
That lake is so gorgeous! You can see down into the water 10-15 feet down easy!
Great example of what it takes to learn what fish look like on your electronics. Never stop learning.
Wife and I have been binge watching the channel lately. Keep it coming we are enjoying the content and I am learning some things along the way.
The pitching and flipping king just used a worm my lanta. Scott keeping up the good work!
Night crawlers I do believe. Wiggler's are mayfly larva. Fish on have fun.
That overcast must of been so refreshing to fish in. Those hot summer days are no joke when it comes to Bassin'. Another great vid Scott~!
That Garmin panotix's is quite the thing to have. Night crawlers 11 bucks, wow! Walleyes cooked on the grille nothing better! But where's the BASS, got to have them Scott !
LoL "what's the deal with these stupid fish?" I can't tell you how many times I have said that.
Hey Scott, the best way to catch some good largemouth on lake Ouachita is to go around flipping and pitching the banks in heavy cover and under trees! Hope this helps out. Best of luck man!
Scott, I watch no matter what is caught; always entertaining and instructive.
Spinnerworm needs a cookbook...lol. Fish tacos went bye bye
Up North we call them fish...shore lunch!
after the forrest wood cup you should try kayak fishing
🤟🏼🤟🏼 Thanks for the vids Scott!
That was smart idea figuring out what’s down there !!
I would watch you catch anything Scott. Your videos are awesome.
Cloud cover was why those walleye were active
Idk why but watching you use crawlers was cracking me up. 😂
You'll find the ones you need...those walleyes looked tasty
wow.never thought i,d see scott martin using nightcrawlers. great way to find out whats what. it looks like a tough f.w. cup coming up.
This old man aka Me... LOL, like watching you fish from the boat. I live in NKY Covington, and in apt. living. no where to store a boat or kayak, so I just watch you and others... great stuff, thanks for sharing.
I would love to watch you walleye fish more as I don't have bass where I live!
Anyone that is going to the FWC make sure you bring your sign that says "If Billy don't fish next year, we riot"
Walleye central! I loved chasing them fish when I was stationed in North Dakota. Those and “ditch chicken” rooster pheasants.
Scott sent you link on facebook of those special scrounger heads for ledge fishing...
I fish Demby Point on Ouachita every few weeks. Thanks for the tips I have had ruff time finding any big bass or strippers in last 2 years.
Love the walleye. Never had summer luck with bass down there except coves south and east of Avant. But, only fished it maybe 10 times during a year and a half I lived in Branson, Mo. area and hated season time trying to fish Table Rock, Taneycomo, or Bull Shoals. Great video them walleyes and that gill would have made a nice dinner.
Hey man about a month ago you could go and catch a ton of them on creek and river channel bends with a 5 or 6xd. Another good thing to do was fish the humps next to deep water. That’s what one my tournament about a month ago there, but it’s fishing so you never know

Love it! good ole Canadian wiggly worms. kinda cool seeing you use them.
Scott I am at the pyramid celebrating my 13th birthday and it is paradise. I wish you were here
That is an excellent idea. Use nightcrawlers or live bait to see what it actually is that your seeing on ur graph...👊👊👊
Very nice, hope to see you in a couple weeks! Big Win!!
👊🏼
What’s up! Keep up the work, love this channel
As a kid I watched your dad now as a adult I am watching you
I love your vids Scott learned so much just watching all your videos
Scott's Walleye Guiding
Pretty awesome to see a professional angler as yourself use night crawlers .. cool vid
Dang! You threw back some real good eatin' right there! I wouldn't hold it against you to keep some prime walleye fillets for the table my friend.
Scott, can you do some kayak fishing videos, after the season is over?
Tylers Fishing Posts I think he’s past that lol
Joe Ramirez yeah, probably. But I thought I might as well ask. Who needs a kayak when you're riding in a $100,000 bass boat. Lol😂😂
I agree, do a couple kayak or Jon boat vids!!
bob smith heck yeah!
Never underestimate the power of the crawler.
Really been enjoying the videos recently. Keep it up
I just ordered that white and green swimbait shad from live bait a few days ago. I plan on using it at Lake Fork this Sunday with my buddy (if it makes here in time)...can't wait!
Stand by for wiggler producer's sponsorship. Scott Martin approved pre-fish wigglers
First time I've seen you take wigglers to compare the effectiveness. Pretty cool.
I usually hit the thumbs up before I watch it always enjoyable to watch your channel Jimmy from Massachusetts
Fished a USA tournament yesterday and bite was tough so thought about your tip on the double fluke. Got 2 fish at same time. It pays to watch your videos so thanks
Awesome, hope to see ya at the cup!
Tomorrows video should be you catching catfish or a catch and cook. Save the big bass for the cup.
Scott you should join the National Walleye Tour 😀
Seeing those walleye made me hungry.
Scott that was funny, Kentucky dude would have ate the walleye. LMFAO
"You guys aren't watching to see me catch a bunch of walleye."
Actually, catching only 1 type of fish or watching 1 type of fishing over extended periods of time bores me to tears. I watch because you're knowledgeable and crank out killer vids.
I hope you was sandbagging , Clark wendlandt is slaying some big ones..
I hope theres a bunch of blacks in the tree.... largemouth that is lol good recovery Scott🤣
U should do a catch and cook walleye
Always love the videos man. I gotta say i can tell the morale seems a little low! It will all work out with Billy and the videos will co time to be great! Keep it up guys.
Good to see the walleye!!
Dang, Walleye, that was something.
Love ur vids scott!!!!
That’s awesome man! I’m from Mena Arkansas, just like an hour away from Mt. Ida!
I like when people catch different species than just Bass
That will be tough with other species going after your lures. I am sure you will tear it up though Scott!
Scott what reel are you using on your spinning rod combo?
Quatchita is awesome
I enjoyed the video with different fish
Which Costa frames are those scott
Lucas Hedgespeth I *think* they are the black fin Gray frame, gray lens.. but Scott would know..
How deep were the walleye? Was gonna come down and watch you guys in the FWC and go walleye fishing each evening! Never been to Ouachita, but my friends say it's great walleye fishing.
There’s a good spot I know around crystal springs me and my dad have got some good bass out of
Loved the live bait fishing very cool
Brother as bad as my fishing season has gone in Okla since late February I would've taken that day on the water!!! Heck I might just go buy a box of nightcrawlers as the Loves and go do me a little dropshotten. At lake Thunderbird.... Naw it's 106° right now, maybe a night operation.
Need to send Billy to try the double whopper popper with a bando bug on the back
Scott I was thinking about getting Sig TCS Spinning Rod - 6 ft.9 in. Medium Plus is that like a medium heavy?
Walleye is one of the best tasting fresh water fish
Cool. I'm gonna have to try that sometime.
That's a Hybrid! Those genetically modified hybrids put up a fight!not! That was a nice one at that! Nice day fisning Scott!
Scott u should come visit me in Kentucky I just moved there lol we could maybe go fishing always been my dream
Next time Scott. go out and Catch you a Good Mess of the Walleye and Fillet them and Deep Fried them and Eat them wow very good eating
He said he would have kept the big one if he didn't have to head to Kentucky.
That wasn't really a striper, but a hybrid. You can tell by the broken lines/stripes it has. True striper have completely straight lines
Just remember, when you post the video on here of what works, you tell everyone.
I fish out of Brady mountain a lot that lake will either drive you to drink or make you feel like your the best bass fisherman in the world
Scott I think you found some but you can't give away your practice secrets to the rest of the field yet, so we get walleye catches. Gotta keep the juice secret still!
What’s your favorite lake to fish Scott?
Good eating right there
You'll tear their bASS up come tournament day 👍🏻🎣🐟
Can you mount a camera looking at your optics, and splice into your videos?
Ayeeee I was just there. Were you the guy with the light blue boat and we’re staying in cabin 21?
