They did some canon welding when Spawn entered, it was nice to see they cared so much about including him int he franchise where as most guest characters get nothing

Cetrion for me is the biggest let down of mk11. Tell me how geras the ultimate foot soldier went to becoming Liu kang a right hand AND the next keeper of time after him but cetrion gets no personality and her entire character makes 0 sense, since shinnok clearly did not want balance and would have taken complete rule if he wanted to, so why does she want balance when even if kronika is her mother, as an elder god she should know what truly is the path to virtue and light. Killing the elder gods also shows that she’s just as evil as shinnok because they were the ones who guided raiden. For as much as kronika said raiden is the problem she crafted his destiny to be the problem, and cetrion never once questions it
Your mother in this instance is a meddling, omnicidal maniac. No matter how you slice it, you are NOT going to come out the better in this by siding with her in ANY way.
