I have a lot of heel pain. I wonder what the connection is with the rest of the body?

My ankles have hyper movement, and they turn randomly and I fall. I can be walking across flat pavement, and it happens. It took me a long time to learn they make shoes to prevent supination.
Around 8yrs ago I found this therapy place where the therapists would evaluate my body beforw working on me. They all performed different types of body therpay. I learned from them my pelvis is twisted. I thought that the way my pelvis was twisted it made my knees react differently. But, maybe it affects my feet moreso. 🤔

Try working on your balance every day.
And i am sure you will find a level of control where this does not happen.
I used to be way more clumsy just walking around until i started doing balance training and i also started running around the same time. Now i have so fast reflexes i can even run very fast in the winter on icy and snowy surfaces without losing much speed at all. Because even if i start to slip in a very fast movement my body just adjusts.
And everyday stuff never ever happens anymore, now i know how to move my body with control.
There is a crazy amount of levels of body control we can develop if we put in the work.
I remember when i started doing different balance work, the first very noticeable thing was i could reach for things way further out from my body like it was nothing and my body just adjusted to not lose the movement.
And before i often was much more closed off in my day to day movements.

I am in excruciating foot pain much of the time,,I carry, like many, an enormous amount of shame in my hips,,sexual trauma, early abuse,,walking has become painful,,my mother has this too, so did my grandma,,it's also I feel, a result of hurrying as a laborer as well as deep self loathing

I used to have a lot of foot pain but i do not have much anymore at all.
I started doing stuff like using various types massage balls and various massage rollers for your feet several times a day.
I also make sure i take care of my feet by using a good foot cream after showering.
And i also started balance training, running and stretching.
And this has solved it for me, i have of course tried to cut back on all of this but the less i do the more of the pain come back so it seems for me, this is what i need to do to not have horrible pain from my feet. When i was at my worst state i even walked with a limp because it was so painful walking but i do not even have a hint of anything like that anymore.
And i can even run a fast 10k like it is nothing now.
For me this seem to also run in the family, my mother has it and my grandmother also had horrible pain in her feet.
Interesting about that shame connection, our family culture is very shame based and i also experienced lots of early abuse, so i am sure you are correct that these kinds of body states/dysfunctions are connected somehow.
Start taking better care of your feet and body i am sure you will improve like i did.

Evidently the toes are above my head. No way I can align my toes with my pelvis.

I abandoned this level of thinking an surrendered my body weight to the field of consciousness around us/body water. Then alignment is only needed for high speed/force and everything else is floating
