My Bolognese Sauce

- Here is a step-by-step to my famous Bolognese Sauce! You can use this in all kinds of pasta dishes such as lasagna, tortelloni, or ravioli or in a stand alone dish with just a penne, ziti, or with pappardelle pasta as we do in this tutorial! "Shopping list"
2 white onions,
1 lb mini carrots
1 lb celery
6-7 cloves of garlic
52oz Pasata(Pomi strained Italian Tomatoes
2-28oz cans of peeled plum tomatoes (Cento or Tuttorossa brand)
1-16 oz bottle of Merlot red wine
1 tube of Cento Tomato paste 4.56 oz
1 container fresh pesto
1lb of Veal
1lb of ground pork
1lb of ground beef 80/20
1 cup of coffee
salt and pepper to taste
