In Fever each peg hit is worth 10x points. So, with nightmare activated all the pegs you pass through add up.

@@katyk4100 can't be. To get a million when each peg is only worth a thousand points you would need to hit a thousand pegs. There has to be something else going on. I don't get it.

@@BaranovPeter Not so; scoring is multiplied by the number of pegs hit as well. For instance, 10 pegs where each peg is worth 1,000 would score 100,000 (10 pegs hit x 10,000 points).
Here, he hit around 32 pegs for his last shot, most of which were 1,000 points each. 32 x 32,000 = 1,024,000. This demonstrates how the best use for Luna's power is to save it for the fever shot.
