Isn't that fun at 2:00 that you threw it to the left, then the right, and turned out it was sitting right under your feet? Great footage too. Looks like you have the camera on your head but it is amazingly stable. What model of GoPro did you use?
Just discovered cod fishing tried this weekend caught nothing new to the bait. Casters and new Lure fishing. Thanks for the info. Any hints for a Newby?
Baitcasters are great to use, just make sure you trial different spool tension and spool brake settings, the biggest mistake I made when I started was listening to other people's preferred settings, general rule is of you're getting line back lash near the start of your cast, increase the spool tension, if you're getting line back lash near the end of the cast, increase spool brake. For cod, it's persistence, just know they're there. Cast at lay downs and locations where you would think a fish could ambush food. Diving lures are rather good at going over stumps without getting caught up, they're great at getting down deep and staying down.
@@tworodsdownunder thanks for your quick reply and information it's just a matter of time before I get one. keep up the good work I'll see you in the next video 😀
Fishing is a lot of fun!!!great bro!!
Another great vid. Some of those fish just came out from nowhere and hammered the lure last minute
Thanks 👍

Love the surprise takes, gets the heart pumping! I've been using the GoPro 10.
Hey mate. Really enjoying your videos. Quick one. What rod is that you're using?
Cheers! The rod is a Bone Black River - BRC65XXH. I've really been loving the action of it and there's plenty of strength for casting heavy lures.
