I think ngayon po ay kahit wala kang rank ay pwede.pero may mga meritbadges po Tayo na required if I aaply Naman po natin yung rank.

mag apply po kayo as merit badge counselor sa inyong council. not sure lang po now if there is another qualification to ba a mbc.

Kung jamboree patch Naman ay sa left sleeves
