manee i have no clue how to work garageband i’ve tired so much to make original music but i know nothing about music theory and it never matches the lyrics and “song” that i’ve created in my head. :/ do you have any tips?
Music theory is definitely a big help when making original music, but what I would say is try to lay down the melody you have but all on the white keys of the piano (if possible). This will make finding the right chords a lot easier. The more time you spend using GarageBand the easier it will get! Trust me :)
@@OneManiBand thank you so much!! i will definitely try and find the right keys and hopefully it helps out in making my music because i have an album completely written out melody and all of that i just can’t add the music if that makes sense. hopefully it works because i would love to publish my album even if it wouldn’t get views lmao.
@@p82_torkowski bro it’s not hard just use basic chords and make drums that have a good rhythm then build upon it from there it doesn’t need to be complex

the best way to do is to download all the packs. it’s totally free, but would take up a bit of your storage though.
Download the additional instrument packs! there are some very interesting packs on the Garageband library and they are completely free!
