Is funny how in "SPOILERS" in the suicide mission, i had to choose a leader for the team 2° (combat, leadership requiered)....and Grunt is only 2 f*cking years old, i didn't choose him lol
@chimpbottle Cinematic tricks, the camera angles are either up close or looking up to him where the rest of the game they're some distance away. The idea was to instill how powerful grunt is.
In my head, I have this idea of Grunt being kept in that tube the whole time, but only being released after the crew of the Normandy gets taken. But since I didn't do it like that, can you keep him in there the whole game?
I liked all the characters in ME2 Grunt, Mordin, Thane, Garrus, Miranda, even Jacob was good since his loyalty mission was pretty interesting. Now ME3. . . . i can't even remember much of interest in ME3
Stupid question probably, but couldn't Okeer have reconstructed Krogan DNA without the genophage markers? Like finding which parts were broken and then replace them with artificial working copies?
I generally play as an Adept, or at least some type of biotic, and it bothers me that that isn't taken into account in the cutscenes. Grunt's not a biotic; Adept Shepard should just blast him into a wall.
Grunt is a violent racist who literally says "I hate turians" in Mass Effect 2. I enjoyed hearing his screams during the suicide mission as he became a snack for the seeker swarms.
See comment by @Failed Abortion It's the scifi equivalent of: "I hate Germans" - Jewish guy after Nazis nearly exterminate his entire race "REEEEEE! Violent! Racist!"-Doris Singlegate ---------------------------------- Remember folks! """Racism""" in the context of judging someone based on their physical identifiers suggesting they are part of a society/sub-society who's actions are destructive toward your own (whether that be your family, loved ones, community, country, etc.) is literally an evolutionary trait that's CRITICAL to survival. The word "racism" is often misused (to the point of being flat-out co-opted) by destructive radical groups to mean something it doesn't mean. REAL racism is hating someone for NO other reason than their race (REGARDLESS of what that race might be). Fake racism is using physical traits (including race, creed, nationality, dress style, mannerism, actions, behavior, distinguishing marks, attitude, and MANY more) to determine the likelihood of that person being a threat. This fake racism is known by it's proper term: "Profiling". Profiling is the difference between being alive because you've profiled the inhabitants of Tajikistan as dangerous... ...and being that millennial couple who were tortured and murdered while backpacking in ISIS-controlled Tajikistan "to prove humans are kind". (IIRC, there was also an unconfirmed report that the woman "Lauren" was raped repeatedly before and after her murder as well.) Profiling might not be kind when you're wrong about the person you've profiled, but it IS the right thing to do until you're ABSOLUTELY certain as to the person's motives! It's not only the correct response, but it's an inalienable human right to pre-judge anyone whom you honestly believe may be a danger to you, your family, your community, and even your country.
So you wouldn't hold a grudge against the race that literally mass murdered your own race? an example would be someone from Ireland saying how they hate the British because they oppressed them for nearly 700 years. Or a Native American who holds a grudge against the white colonials who mass murdered their ancestors and stole their land, or a Jewish person despising the Germans for the Holocaust. I don't blame Grunt or any Korgan for holding a grudge against the Turians and Salarians because if I was in their position I'd feel the exact same. And I'm sure you would too.
Of course he hates turians. They limited the birth rate of his species too one in a thousand. That would be like a Jew in 1942 saying that they hate Germans.
My goodness, when he comes out of the tank, you can see just how much he towers over Shepard. Grunt is massive, and he's still a big fuckin baby.
He looks a ton bigger when you first release him.
chimpbottle that’s because he is standing next to a human if I remember korrgon are meant to be huge compared to humans

It's funny when you don't shoot him. I laughed pretty hard when I saw the he had his gun on Grunt the whole time.
"I'm glad you saw reason." 🔫😀
As if you would shoot Grunt, he's just a baby!
Hello from 2019. Game is still great.
Still great in 2020 too!

Wow. 2019 was 5 years ago 😢
Baby Grunt!
"Open the pod bay door, EDI."
"I'm sorry, Shepard. I'm afraid I can't do that."
I remember if you recruit jack with grunt he'll say "jack is small"
I found that out by accident today. I choked I was laughing so hard. Hes my new favorite character
Never saw this 'sloppier' permutation of events. Interesting

He makes a good leader in ME3 at least. In the mean time until that point, nothing wrong with a tank on legs.
Congratulations it's a boy

Stg were the only ones the certain marks for anyone else to find them would take at least 3 live times.

@blackeroni That's why they're good fighters.

Forgot about the genophage? Like you wouldn't hate the race that caused your people's pregnancies to end with miscarriages 99,9% of the time.
