Soothing video and a great collection of books! Just what the doctor ordered! 😊❤
I wonder when/if HarperCollins will publish Bilbo's Last Song and The Letters of J.R.R.Tolkien in the Deluxe Edition
Beautiful book
Beautiful as always!
Indeed!
All of these Deluxe editions stated that they were available for a limited time only, but recently HarperCollins have dropped that statement. The book is still in print and available to buy today.
Correct - is that because they failed to sell out as quickly as initially they’d hoped or because they undertook new print runs?
@@brewingbooks I think when HarperCollins started the Deluxe editions, they thought that they may have issues selling all the print run, but they have proved to be very popular and they keep reprinting when they run out.
I love how the commentary section is longer that the actual poem. Great video mate
So true!
Cool, fun fact the name Tolkien is contained within the name Thorkelin who was the first translator of Beowulf. Cheers from Mercia
This looks great, i love that these Tolkien hard covers all match up to the deluxe editions of the hobbit and LoTR so it will all look neat and consistent on the shelf ! I had a hard time finding this on amazon (UK) do you know anywhere else i may be able to find it?
Amazing video! I just bought The Battle of Maldon in this deluxe edition and it is beautiful!
