Possibly the best concert ever that night.
I love how much fun the drummer seems to have despite of his massive task.
I've seen around 300/400 shows in my life and this one was definitely the best. I have a deep emotional link with Converge art and I also love the city of London, so it was a magic night for me. I was a little bit afraid that the security barrier could take a bit of the energy off, but the thing was very, very intense upfront. Converge are truly artistic pioneers and I'm glad I shared that night with you.

And you recorded the moments when he threw me the mic: the end of Cutter and the end of Axe To Fall, so I thank you very much once again. ;) I only did something like this for Converge and Neurosis, my favourite bands.

It's my utter pleasure to have captured this for you.You flew from Portugal? KUDOS to you! That's major dedication. I have massive respect for you for coming all this way to see this awesome band. I don't think my recording picked up much of anybodies singing when handed the mic. You know you did it. Jake knows you did it, and that's all that matters! selfatrophy is only joking - he likes a laugh!!
Ahah, what are you saying about Aimless? I said all the words at 8:24 with Jake, maybe my voice sucks and you didn't hear it. :( Anyway, thanks to KrisKM for recording this, I flew from Lisboa, Portugal to see my first Converge show ever and it was unbelievable.
I'm just wondering how Kurt is getting all that tone and volume from those two small combo amps.

I didn't make Brighton :( I didn't make Ben Gibbard either! But Godflesh were outstanding, liked Neurosis but I'm not a huge fan, and Mark Lanegan was utterly incredible. Are Converge doing Soundwave? Go to Berlin and Brisbane!!!

I've got Neurosis/Godflesh on sunday, I'm going to record Ben Gibbard monday for a friend who can't do gigs anymore, and Mark Lanegan tuesday, so I'm sort of pondering Brighton, got a ticket - only cos I don't wanna get fucked-up and can't drive home haha! I don't intend to film, but when that happens I get fucked-up at the front! Go to Aus. Do Utrecht. That'll be fucking insanely good.
