- Winstanley Hall is a late 16th-century house in Winstanley, in the Metropolitan Borough of Wigan, Greater Manchester. It is listed as a Scheduled Ancient Monument and a Grade II* listed building. Originally built for the Winstanley family, the building is one of only three Tudor buildings in the Borough

Beautiful job flying and making this video. That beautiful place looks like it has had much better days. A shame someone could not restore this place to its former beauty.
Its been tried but English Heritage would rather see it in its current state than being used for other purposes , a real shame.
Interesting film but shame to see such a historic building in such a delapidated state. I've long had an interest in this building after family research revealed that my Scots great grandmother worked there as a housekeeper before she married in 1908.
