Hi ila,as always amazing video ❤️ so informative..well even i dnt use whisk much but frm now onwards i'll fr sure..that whisk nvr gained such importance bfr..but surely now.. One thing i want to share abt expiry of things..acc to study some items like salt, sugar etc which exactly can be stored fr long even hv expiry date..well in that case the product is good but the expiry is actually abt the packaging material in which the food items are packed..after manufacturing the packaging material got expired to further store that thing..so better we store that in some container..in this way we can reduce wastage to large extent..hope it helps 😍

I use whisk to make raita, lassi chhachh from curd, butter from malai, besan before making pakoras. And I never bought a whisk separately. When I bought a hand blender, I got it as an attachment.
Your channel and hacks are really very helpful and a kind of knowledge or information we get through this.I think UA-cam has helped bloggers as well as viewers to show and gain so much knowledge.Earlier we had to beg for such things but Google and such channels have made it easy for everyone.I wanted to know whether after keeping some items in fridge, can we use them after expiry date because few items are such which we want for one time use or like that.Because as far as I know like pickles papad are also made for year long.May be it is business gimmick. Now i will definitely start using whisker,it is just lying there in kitchen. Thanks a lot.God bless.
You’re most welcome Sharda ji. You’re comment is truly motivating. Yes, storing things in fridge does increase their shelf life but I don’t know if they still should be used beyond their date of expiry. I can share what I do- The item I need to use only once, I try to get it in the smallest quantity available. Even if I have to put some extra efforts to arrange it. And if their smaller packs are not available, I distribute it. I send some to my mom.. some to my mother-in-law.. even friends.. right then. Hope it helps 😊

Covering presents with plastic too👌

We can always give the unwanted things (like gift which is not required)to our house helpers rather than just keeping & managing to store
I mostly use my whisk to ferment my idli dosa batter..first whisk only urad dal batter n then after adding rice batter..100% perfect fermented batter...same way for medu vada batter..vl never need to add soda

Ohh! I didn’t know that. Thank you so much for sharing this info. I will surely read about it ❣️🙏🏻
Even I feel surprised that many ppl don't use whisk in the kitchen..it's so handy to use ,i use whisk all the tym for mixing anything, kadi,or any mix

Very nice n useful tips👌👍.. Specially silicon lid I loved... Yes I use whisk. Thankyou so much.
You’re most welcome. Glad you liked them:)
