Have the 110v version of this and it's brilliant. Used it for a few years now and never misses a beat I did buy myself a Makita 5903R 235mm saw because i wanted something 'beefier'. It hasn't come out the box and I will be returning it as the Bosch does everything. I do find that there are a couple issues with the Bosch saw. I find the motor on the left abit strange, seeing as most other saw have their motors on the right. It took alittle adjusting but once I got used to it all was alright. I personally haven't tried the dust extraction but I've heard it falls off really easily?? Other than that I love the saw, I use it daily for cutting 4x2 and ply
Hi, I agree that the Makita can go back. The Bosch does do everything. The motor on the left hand side still gets me. Have to watch out for when building jigs but I will live with it given its performance. Just check you dust extractor fits with a sharp click. Had that problem but once I figured getting it fitted properly it went away. Last resort is you glue the dust extractor in place. Appreciate you taking the time to comment. Do you have any suggestions as to what you would like to see more of. Gary
