Plenty of lovely seating around the dining are. Personally would like the extra seat by the right of the entry door to be converted into a shoe storage/ coat rack/ mini mud room area. And also a foldout counter at the kitchen for more prep space. Otherise i think it looks lovely
Some innovations such as: minimalist table expanding into the age item you can see... usb and power sockets galore (you never seem to have enough)..... no shower option to possibly create a workspace with a compact toilet/wetroom for those that never use their shower....... mini canopy over windows to block direct sun...... storage system in garage... built in 12v inflator system for tyre checks, awnings, air beds, inflatable boats ....... I think if you look at the video from MMM Burster seems to represent quite good value for money compared to other brands intros category...
She’s a beautiful piece of automotive art but it’d still be o definite no no for me because of one thing and that is in order to get my Honda cj 250 in there I’d have to take off the handlebars every time
It almost looks like with this model the makers are trying to be all things to all people and have missed the mark. Just my opinion though. What do others think?
Yeah the bed-function in the front is neat, but rather tedious to setup. You have to fold down the driver+passanger seat in order to get the bed to its down-position. And it only has a little hatch next to the driver-seat so you cant do it from the outside, have to do it from the inside. Just one of the things i found that´s not made so smart.
I totally disagree with your comments with regard to very few people wanting to go off the grid and only then "In a cheap car and a tent"-Methinks you need to have a look at other UA-cam creators who would certainly beg to differ on that one-a significantly rising proportion of people who use RVs/motor homes want to do just that- and in relative comfort. Keep up with the times!
You didn't say that, you said even people in 50k Euro vans wouldn't really want to go off the grid and they should if they wish to go in a cheap car and a tent- as I said , this is simply not true nowadays, plenty of people in such vans want to spend considerable time off the grid. You yourself have shown expedition vehicles on your channel which are certainly niche vehicles which cost up to 600k euros and more but there are many more mainstream vehicles which are becoming eminently suitable for off grid living, have a look at the latest FIT RV video re 48volt lithium batteries for that very purpose, just one example.
What I said was that the MD of one of the major manufacturers said that people might not want to use gas in their motorhome and the point I made is that one does not buy a luxury motorhome in order to go roughing it.
Peterhenley - I agree. I have spent weeks touring from Belgium down to Granada in Spain and only go 'on-site' for a couple of days for their facilities. Now I may not have a top of the line motorhome, but I have parked alongside many who do. People 'camp wild' to get back to that 'out in the wilderness' feel and away from the hordes of other campers. They're not cheapskates but seek a more genuine camping experience in some comfort parking close to rivers, mountains and waterfalls and other beauty spots. I also find 'wild-campers' to be more adventurous and interesting people and don't spend time comparing each other's camping status ... i.e. how new their 'vans' are or how well equipped by comparison. And finally dare I say, I find wild-campers more interesting and fun.
Haven't seen any of these bad boys "off grid" in my travels especially here in the UK, think the manufacturers reply is pretty lame, in addition I personally think that the toilet waste cassette is pitifully small for a vechicle of this size, again if you were "off grid" I could see this posing problems? Yes with the payload you could easy carry a 'spare' cassette but on a vechicle costing as much as this I personally wouldn't want to be shelling out any extra cash on something I feel could have/should have been designed/ built in 😉😉
Disagree with your statement about camping off grid. Sounds elitist and ignorant. If you can afford utilizing the amenities, I do not disagree with that.

I think that is often the case.

Perhaps you can direct me to someone who has a vehicle costing as much as this who is looking to live off the grid.

About EUR120k if I remember rightly - depending on options.
4:20 - A triple? Three in a bed! Shocking! ☺
Probably the owner and two dogs!
Disgusting!
Quite right! The owner should sleep on the floor and the dogs on the bed!
I think your imagination is a much better world than mine ☺.
