I have a couple of these on the way from China for about $4. They seem cheap but I wish there was a way to make them not take up 8x GPIO pins.

for me 3, 6 ,9, #, A, B, C, and D don't work because they use pins 0 and 1. the only problem is there is no other pins available because of my lcd ;-;
