Camilla is the antichrist or the forerunner. She is a very wicked woman and manipulates the RF and has the ears of the King and William.
William was not as smart as Harry to put his wife first, therefore Camilla and her team stressed and pushed Kate out of the RF by creating dissention between Kate and William. Similar to what she has done to Harry, William and their dad and then pushed Harry and Megan out of the RF.
