Finally, I found the burdock root!! Thanks for informing me about it. What was in the tea, thyme and what other herb? I'm curious to try it. I appreciate the clean, natural approach to the tea.

I loved hearing the points you made within this video bro. As someone who has been on a path of self discovery since 2016, after shockingly realizing how conditioned and lied to I had been for 46 years, your words are words of true depth and honesty. You see, at first on this path you think you can listen to or read the opposite of everything you have been taught and you should be in the right "ball park." Unfotunately we need to scratch beneath all of the evidence and not be blinkered by on particular position, take in as much as you can and use your head, heart and higher self to grow and blossom. You are helping people by bringing an educated position on many important subjects, health, exercise, food, herbs, ancient wisdom etc and this opens us up to the light that then helps us discover other information and inspires our growth and education. Breaking through the mental barriers and limitations that we have been conditioned to is another journey in itself. The process of unlearning and relearning is never-ending.
