Look at EE's skipping off to yet another WW2 adventure. His enthusiasm is contagious. That fortification was huge and very complicated and intricute. Can't imagine the time, work, and effort involved. Amazing so much is still standing. Thank you for taking us inside the half pipe shetler. What was with all the spray pant? Also, thank you for taking us inside of the huge underground communication complex with all the original electrical cable and light sockets. It's a good thing your butt fit through the opening HH. Just look at what we would have missed. :) So well made and constructed complete with stairs. I can see that it would hold and shelter 100's of German soldiers. I too wish they could have preserved some of the artifacts in a museum. Definitely, a good thing that you carry two flashlights for those type of situations. Thank you for taking us there. I bet EE was impressed with what your recorded. Stay safe you two and keep smiling.

So surreal, an 80 year old bunker complex hidden inside a mountain, with a modern aluminium step ladder just standing there, why was that there, a question we will never know the answer too. Once again, my friend, you have found something so very special, and in great part untouched by the graffiti artist. Those blast doors frames just look amazing. Sorry for missing this when it came out, but pulled a 72 hour duty shift. Stay safe and well my friends, looking forward to even more videos

Incredible location. These underground structures must have been closed off for a long time and just recently opened. Given the urban recreational area there today, I fear that it will end up vandalized like the first little shelter you shown us. Thank you for showing us before it`s too late. Really hope there is a plan to take care of this facility and not just seal it off with concrete like they use to do..

It's neat to see that someone, one of the locals, is more than likely restoring it or preparing it for another use. Maybe their own? It was very cool to see some of the original equipment there. This looks like a place that many do not know about, and someone wants it to remain that way.

What a great little exploration. So cool you found those tunnels, and shelters, and apart from the first one, basically untouched by vandals, and graffiti. Wonder how many people using that recreation area, know about it's history, and what's right under their feet. Not many I'm guessing. It always amazes me to see the efforts the Germans went through like this. Blasting and drilling into hillsides, and mountains. Not just on sites like this camp area, but everywhere they went. Everywhere they established a base, or Flak position, or defensive line. Tunnels, and shelters. Just incredible. Thank you both for sharing all of these amazing, and fascinating, places. Cheers to you all!

Wowow, this was a doozy lol. That first tunnel system was extremely interesting. Judging by the relatively modern wiring and aluminium wall covering, I'd say it may be quite recent, perhaps for an illegal dance club perhaps? But then I had the thought that it may also have been used as a shelter in the early Cold War period. It's a difficult one to figure out.
But it is, as always, very intriguing, so thanks for bringing that to us 🙂 And regards as always to Eagle Eyes!

I don’t understand how someone could say I’ve gotten paid today so let’s go buy a couple of cases of spray paint and get out there and vandalize history. At least it was only one of the complexes they got to. Others than that the rest of them were pretty much un touched. Unbelievable to think the lighting system was still in the bunker. Very nice to see. Looking at the photo this complex was huge. Will we ever learn what went on here?

Do you think the tunnel with the ladder is being repurposed? The tunnel looked very clean and the cladding looked new.
