I cant even recall we saw any of Timber's home-building, it sort of just popped up when he decide to use it for a smoker, did I just not pay attention? None the less, it looks like one of the best "shelters" we have seen. I was impressed with Callie North's as well, though I doubt it would have worked in really cold conditions, a floor, broom, hangers, the works...she too made a home.
Great recap. I loved your story about the otter encounter you had! Question: if we saw a scene where a grizzly made off with the moose ribcage, I assumed Timber left a trail cam there. But if Timber didn't know what happened, there was no trail cam. So did production just add the bear dragging the ribcage from stock footage?
Thanks! Yes, timber left a trail cam on the kill site but would have no way of knowing what that trail cam picked up. We don’t examine the footage on the trail cams.
Great recap tenta!😊 The scene where timber sees these geese this scene reminds me about Annin and I remember she said it's time to get my shelter started! I'm looking forward to seeing what happens next week!
Mine were peppered bacon and canned roast beef. Who knows why. Dreams where you can smell it, see it, as you raise it to your mouth you get interrupted by something silly. Powerful stuff.
Not surprised Isiah is gone. To me he did not seem as serious as the other contestants. He seemed too easy going like he was on a weekend camp out. Pretty lax about getting his shelter done and procuring enough food.
Does it make sense to make tons of crayfish and small bait fish traps in spare time. A pot of bait fish is a pot of fish. Does it make sense to cut small Birch cambium strips? Roast them in a pan and grind them up into a powder to add to every cooked meal. Add small portions to not overload your digestive system to cause constipation.
@@alantenta9825 These suggestions are for the Alone series. I grew up in Michigan. Rocky shore on the North shore of Lake Michigan had the crayfish come out of the rocks at night. I think Alan in season one had a found plastic bottle reformed it into a minnow trap. Free meal every morning. I think cambium can be a good addition to the daily diet.
@@alantenta9825 For use on the Alone series to supplement all food sources. Alan on season one used a bottle trap to catch many small bait fish like a can on sardines or smelts.
Gotta say, Timber and Dub are both worth rooting for, some seriously cool cats. Edit: I sat hoping Timber would have dug out his med-kit for some proper cleaning before he went for the sap....hope it doesnt bite him later.
Thank you for the recap. Timber really rocked this initiation of his home. Really enjoy William sharing his experiences so authentically.
Couldn't agree more!

Great Recap. My guy (fellow WV Hillbilly) is out but could be anyone of them. They all are very talented Busch crafters and survivalists.
Agreed!
Thanks for your great recap.
Glad you enjoyed it!

nice job of bushcrafting a tripod!
Thanks! 👍
Dub is a real character. He reminds me a little of Bill Murray.
I see it!
He is a character, fun dude, as he might have said :)

I understand the peppered bacon!

Makes sense to me!

Yayyy
👍
Timber may be leading now due to his huge neat stash. But I'm still picking William!
Ya just never know!

@@TheDavewatts i see...possibly, would be silly to not do it properly, theres very little room for mistakes and sillyness out there :)
I think Timber is going to win. I wonder if there has been a season before this where there has been so little players left at only 3 weeks.
Good question; I’m going to check the stats.
Yeah its pretty nuts, was it 4 constentants left on day 23?
Edit: yup Mr. Tenta mentioned it.
I noticed making up songs or playing seems to keep the morale up. Did you feel that helped ? And do you have a prediction of who’s going to win ? 👊🏾
Yes, I was constantly making up ridiculous songs. Check out my prediction here..ua-cam.com/video/TEyX1q7yo1g/v-deo.htmlsi=OxyZflVTISdNs1tk
