we travelled from germany to northern ireland (derry & belfast) on to cork and macroom. we got into th shop more by luck and i loved it from first sight. we had a nice talk with mr o'callaghan and tooked some fotos. he told us that, in his words: "there is some new technology" on were he could be found - you tube. thats why i came here. nice afterglow and reminder to our trip to macroom. beautiful little city and gorgeous people with, as you can see here, lovely shops as well. i love ireland :)
He's a visionary. He sees the danger of Lidl, Aldi and Tescos developing a monopoly on the food supply. He's spot on. This centralised control is a very dangerous phenomenon.

We consumed many bags of Monster Munches sitting on the milk crates outside the front of Connie Ca's. He also sold some nice biscuits. Great memories
