Padre is one of those. The game has to act how you mean it to act. I prefer the unpredictable part of hockey in how things don’t exactly work out as you mean them to happen. For example. “That’s why we have stats!” If you have bad hands. You may not pick up the puck cleanly. Or if your passing sucks. You may not get your pass through three defenders. And so on. Hockey is random. And sould play as such. Or maybe I’m thinking that’s how the other guy likes his play and Tyler has a different perspective. Anyway. Congrats on being a game changer. Be sure to tell your wife. :).
Random thought but one thing that could bring value to all cards and ensure the market doesn’t die or it turn into a fodder depot is make all abilities automatic for each card. Remove the ability point aspect and just give value to each card through their abilities. That way getting the newer version of a card always has more and better gold and silver abilities and cards on the market whether newer or older market have a different incentive desire as opposed to their overall rating for set fodder.

I thought Grier did 2 things worth noting. They're pulling in some form of draft pick come the trade deadline. The Oilers owe them something. I doubt this was just one and done. There's always little details we dont see. However.
They should reward you xp. Then let you choose how you want to apply it. Ie: give 5 or 10 level ups/rewards. And you get to pick what to apply your xp to.

As an OHL fan who likes to make OHL current player theme teams, I'm quite disappointed this year with how CHL players seem to be alumni of teams rather than current players. Only event the O got good players was draft and Fantasy Bonk. Even though most people only care about NHL, some of us really care for the junior leagues and this year was the worst for it. Hopefully they can fix it next year in HUT

It just feels like EA focuses so hard on HUT and WOC (especially now with WoC Battle Passes that can bring in money), and does virtually nothing to the offline modes, like BAP for example, do something with presentation, QTEs/Coach Challenges, immersion...something. Personally speaking, I don't find HUT fun, I stopped with HUT about halfway into NHL 22's life, it's honestly time for EA to start working on the offline modes.

They used to show the arena in the city the team played in and cut to the play-by-play team and then you got American Pride as the National Anthem was played or the Canadian Anthem. Today? It's non-existent. That's part of the hockey presentation in the NHL. Watching them leave the locker room, all their superstitions in play tapping the fan letter board, whatever and entering the ice. That was common up until, what, 2017? Now it's not a part of the experience. If you got influence, man, tell em to fix it. This is a quarter of a century title and should be MASSIVE and going all out..... But again, we get a MINOR UPGRADE. I want Visual Concepts (2K Sports) back. They made a game with style. EA sucks. It's enough to get away with. Three months of work and nine months just sitting around. The NHL knows competition is good for any industry and they'd be making more if competition actually existed. honestly im strictly an offline player and people may disagree with this but for hut solo battles against the CPU take off icing and offsides cause ur teammates are dumb and no energy effect and idk if there is a way but stoppppp changing my lines when i don't want it. i know hes tired but there is a 5 secs left stop subbing my damn lines make it manual. also the Hut Rush if it stays make those games goals too 5 or 6 wins. if so then take off the damn energy effect and timed periods just continuous still... also the Referree needs to swallow the damn whistle... take off penalties except for online play (obviously) same with energy.

Why da flock do juniors and pros play on the same woc ice. Are you that completely out of touch? As a player who is at the junior level of play playing against pros is really not fun. As a low skilled player this NHL franchise offers nothing, even the content creator follows your lead and declares level 6 players simply deserve less fun. Seems like a losing concept. A winning concept would allow a sheet of ice that is fun to play on.
I'm so sick of EA tilt, it's wrong and shouldn't be ....players that play the full year online should not ever lose to players who just got the game... Secondly, players that use skill stick should not be on the same server as players who can't play with skill such as total control players.... it's not fair at all. I can do the Michigan via skill stick and have multiple recordings .... bit for someone who just comes in and presses 1 button .... cmon ..that's pathetic. Total control players should be on their own server and NEVER on a server housing hybrid or skill stick controls.... because essentially they just get extrem easy mode ... then hearing them Bragg about it is even worse. I can do the Michigan via skill stick and have multiple recordings .... bit for someone who just comes in and presses 1 button .... cmon ..that's pathetic. Total control players should be on their own server and NEVER on a server housing hybrid or skill stick controls.... because essentially they just get extrem easy mode ... then hearing them Bragg about it is even worse.
Further more, teams that out play, out shoot, have more time on attack should not lose to teams that have less than 2 mins of time on attack.... it's rigged and not fair by any means..... this happens because all the softies in this world want everyone to be inclusive ... miss off with that crap... the world is not about just showing up and getting a participation trophy .... the ones that have to fight for it are the ones that are going to be successful in life.... it should work the same way for this game ... a div 5 or 4 player shouldn't be able to beat a dive 3 or 2 player ... yet here we are ... giving f*cking participation trophies out to the fat kids
Tilt is made up word kids in div 6 use because they suck at the game and can't accept losing.

Well when you no life the game the stupid complicated dekes should be made easier Newer and casual players don't no life sit on nhl 24/7 and actually have jobs and a life
