I've noticed that you've been moving away from the methods advocated in the 30dayhairdetox - I know the method ended up being quite damaging to tight curls; have you noticed any differences in your hair with the method/any adjustments you've been making?
Your style still looked great for being 4 weeks in!! I've started to incorporate greasing my scalp as well to reduce itch. I still haven't gone beyond two weeks with a style, but maybe someday!

Yeah, I tried the 30 day hair detox for about a year. I used to do protective styles all the time- I definitely missed those! Sometimes I need a break from doing my hair but whenever my hair is loose I wash every week.
I’m basically going back to what I was doing before but I’m still incorporating things that I learned from following the detox. Just taking what I feel is working for my hair and leaving what’s not.
