At work when I turn on the television at 8 am every morning I have it on metv for leave it to beaver! Love leave it to beaver!!!!
Im excited to see how you got your start. Been watching the show since I was allowed to stay up in 1962! I was 7 then and myself and my brothers would take the couch pillows and put them on the floor to watch the show. In the episode Beaver Takes a Drive, one of the neighborhood kids and I sat in his Mom's clutch car. We got the idea to pretend we were driving from that episode and pretended we had kids in the back seat. My friend actually released the clutch and the car started rolling down the street! Luckily there were no parked cars in the street! His Mom saw her car rolling away and she lept off the top step and ran to the car and was able to stop it! True story! So when I saw that episode I thought..hmmm... we did that too!

I love to hear these stories! Mrs. Mathers is such a good speaker and watching her tell the story with Jerry right there is so fun! What a great idea! I can see what a wonderful mother she is and was from the start. Every detail shows this. No wonder your career took off right from the start! And you did such a great job, even when you were tiny!

Jerry, i’ve been binge watching your show starting with season one and I’m now starting season two. I watch it every day, and I watched it when I was a kid. I’m actually one month younger than you! I haven’t remembered any episodes yet from when I watched it as a kid, lol.😃

Just saw the episode of leave it to beaver where he still had to have a babysitter and he was upset about it. I was Just wondering Mrs Mathers does jerry still have to have a baby sitter to keep him out of trouble? 😆

Does Jerry or Marilyn answer questions about Leave It To Beaver? Who is Angela Valentine is asked
on another site & recently I saw "Machine Gun Kelly" (early Charles Bronson 1958) & to my surprise
the little girl in the movie played by Dawn Menzer looked like Angela Valentine (identified by Miss
Landers on Baby Picture). I found out her name was changed to Lori Martin & her hair dyed black
to look like Elizabeth Taylor Jr on National Velvet (a show I never watched). She was on "Beaver
Sees America" as Mary Margaret Matthews Season 6 Episode 37, however she had grown up a lot
since Seasons 2 & 3 when Angela appeared on 7 shows & of course was mentioned on many
episodes all 6 years. Leave It To Beaver is my all time favorite TV show (1 spot ahead of The Real
McCoys), possibly with the help of the Mystery Girl. Is this case finally closed, without the help
of the Cheating Golfer?
She looks really good for her age. She'd have to be in her 90's I would guess.
