Hi Jon. Great shortcuts! Here are a two more: SHIFT+F10 to open the right click menu (if you don't have a menu key on your keyboard) and CTRL+ALT+F5 to Refresh All.. technically not inside Power Query, but a quick way to refresh your queries at the worksheet vs. clicking through the ribbon menu. Thanks for sharing :)) Thumbs up!!
Hi Jon, For shortcut 1: if you are inside an Excel Table, you can press the menu button or SHIFT + F10 and then press the keystroke "G" (Get data from Table/Range). It should open up Power Query. For shortcut 6: once you have opened up Power Query, hold down the SHIFT key and then press 3 times the keystroke: TAB, and it should take you to the last applied step in the Query Settings panel.
Thanks so much, Ziggle! I really appreciate the nice feedback and happy to hear it helped. Feel free to share the video with any friends or co-workers that use PQ. It will be just as helpful as hitting like ten times. 😊🙏
Thank you Jon. I love keyboard shortcuts - so much easier on the body when spending hours on spreadsheets! Will definitely be using some of these as I am learning more about uses for Power Query in my daily workflow!
Hi Jon, thank you so much for the efforts with the input and every day a new thing learned. My question is, how change the color from bleu to green or any other color ? As this video I have seen it bleu and then green how you did that? Thank you and God bless.
John, When editing inside Query Editor, ctrl-Z is great for Undo-ing. After editing and clicking 'Done', is there ANY way of recovering (Undo-ing) what was just edited?
Hi Tim, I assume you are referring to the Advanced Editor within PQ to modify the query's code. I don't know of a way to undo those changes after you hit Done to close the window. You might want to copy-paste the code to a text editor like Notepad before making any significant changes. It's definitely an extra step, but typically what I do when modifying code. It can save time in the long run. Hopefully we will get some updates for Undo capabilities across all of PQ in the future.
Thanks, how to undelete an applied step deleted by mistake. Also, how to select multiple columns in power BI. And the last, is there any way to lock power query editor of a particular file.

I like CTRL + SHIFT + "+" and CTRL + SHIFT + "-" (the plus and minus keys of the typewriter part of the keyboard) to zoom in and out of PQ.
Thanks Jon! You explain so well! I just can't skip any part of the video!!
You outdid yourself on this one Jon! I wish I could hit 'like' ten times. It is changing how I use PQ immediately.

To reorder all the columns, select the columns as per the order you want and then hit the remove other columns
