Still the best version of him. His Shoryuken is awesome, his Supers kick ass, and his Pinwheel Kick (Whatever the name of the move it's the one where he flies as you with and hits you with his feet in an arching motion) is pretty safe. He's overall just fun to play. Capcom needs to put him in Street Fighter 5, with all his old moves. That'd be nice too, because I wanna see something cool if he came across Laura. Please, Capcom!
Sean Hands down had the best uppercut and if they would have developed him properly he would have made it to RYU and KEN's status......

Sean was destined to not be the Ryu alternate character but his own character. Then Capcom had to ruin him
Yeah they did him dirty. Looking at his moves they were actually a sick evolution of the Ken and Ryu concept then they ruined him by not only making him a joke character story wise but they made his shoryuken a joke by making it look like a slam dunk.

Agreed! I don't like what they did to his Dragon Smash. They made it slower with little range compared to Ryu, Ken, & Akuma's. I like how he punches you back down to the ground after he uppercuts you.
which I like because it made Sean unique and somewhat cooler (like Sakura's take on the Shoryuken) compared to his Dragon Smash in 3rd Strike which made look ridiculous as how it functions.
in third strike he is bottom tier
That's why second impact is better than third strike.

Akuma does that most of the time cuz he's the secret boss. But yes, he did.

@@I.S.N.O.B. Kinda wish they gave Akuma EX moves in this game. Course, he'd probably be a bit more broken that way. They could've done that anyways since Sean and Gill were already broken in this game, in a good way for Sean at least, Gill battles were hard in these games, for me at least. Least they gave him EX moves in 3rd Strike. But it came at the cost of nerfing Sean to death. They need to bring him back in Street Fighter 5 with all his awesome moves from New Generation and 2nd Impact. It'd also be pretty cool for him to fight Laura.

even though i’m upset with how he was nerfed in third strike, it’s still ultimately the better game and i still have fun playing as him
side note, this playthrough isn’t very... entertaining, nor does it show Sean’s capabilities. spamming the same “combo” for so many rounds is disappointing.
