We're starting 2024 off with an adventure on the Jungle Cruise at Disneyland Park! Be sure to bring your sense of humor, ’cause this here’s the funniest ride in the jungle!
Journey through the rivers of Asia, Africa and South America on a riverboat and endure dangerous encounters with fierce animals like the Bengal tiger. Do you know why tigers are striped? So they can avoid being spotted! Watch as the boat passes a herd of elephants - but don’t worry, you can take photos. They all have their trunks on. As we journey further into the jungle and closer to danger, we see the beautiful Schweitzer Falls, named after that famous African explorer, Dr. Albert ... Falls. The river goes on for niles and niles and niles, and if you don’t believe me, you're probably in… Africa. Keep a lookout for hostile headhunters and more dangers that lurk just around the river bend.

I still have a pin of this attraction that I liked when I was a kid myself. It's currently stored inside of my shadow box which appears above the computer desk in my bedroom. It's not easy to deal with how silly the cast members who have jobs at Disneyland participating as skippers really are these days. 👍🏼if the scenery on this attraction reminds you a little bit of "Hungry Like The Wolf" by Duran Duran (music video only).
