Is it just me see this , that Ring 2 and 1 in 4:04, they didn't have the same as the others

@@TheDubaiFountainCollector seems odd given they actually do change in height, they move up and down a bit
but it's obvious they noticed it, the lights on those 2 go off, then when they turn on for the ending sequence, the lights turn on in a chase.
