Can you recommend some album or artist to listen too. becuase im just learning grooves an rhymes...but i would love to start listening to this music more intensly. when you play the ghost notes in the seben groove, is it drags or double strokes?
Distribute them in evenly when you're exercising. Or start to practice the opposite. What ever you start with your right hand, try starting the same with left hand

Worship songs? As in church song in seben?
i feel like i am good at seben but at the same time i feel like something isn’t clicking right with my left hand, any advise ?
